The VISTA project will build the capacity of the Villa Palmeras community by developing and implementing a program to generate strategies for the development of community resilience and self-management. Creating alliances, partnerships, educational resources, and community management with government and Non-Profit Organizations to canalize the community needs. Working with SDG number one - indicators - ends poverty in all its forms everywhere.

Member Duties : The VISTA member will develop the community resilience planning program to implement at Villa Palmeras community and evaluate the actual state of the community. Develop strategies to create and identify outcomes to connect with the community. Creates alliances with nonprofit organizations to connect leaders with community-based organizations, in away to improve community resilience, and recognition, attract volunteers, media coverage, and long-term community disaster management.
