Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Financial Controller (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in west side of Flemish Brabant.
Our client is a fast growing company active in the machinery and equipment sector.
As Financial Controller (m/f/x) you will be responsible for:
* Analyze the financial impact of operations within the regions;
* Provide management insight regarding operational financial results;
* Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual insights into the performance of these regions;
* Support achievement of annual business plan targets;
* Implement tools and analytics to improve business insights;
* Provide forward-looking analytics and recommendations based on financial outlook;
* Oversees financial analysis to evaluate organizational and managerial performance;
The required profile for the Financial Controller (m/f/x) position:
* Degree or equivalent experience desired;
* Minimum 10 years of in audit and/or similar role within an international organization;
* Fluency in English and Dutch;
* Evaluates and makes contributions to best practices;
* Processes large quantities of detailed information with high levels of accuracy;
* Productively balances speed and accuracy;
* Employs techniques for motivating personnel to meet or exceed accuracy goals;
* Implements a variety of cross-checking approaches and mechanisms;
* Demonstrates expertise in quality assurance tools, techniques, and standards.
