Working in the Fiber to the Home Build team:
The FttH Build team owns the end-to-end delivery of Connectable Premises. Our scope covers the planning and forecasting of the FttH roll out roadmap on strategic and tactical level, assuring network design, allocating the correct Partners to the Build out of the network, and following up of the network construction and delivery within budget and time, respecting the engineering design rules to assure qualitative delivery. We as a team also focus on a strong relationship with municipalities to minimize delay on the rollout plan.
Your role as SDM Connectable Premises (CP)
As Service Delivery Manager you ensure qualitative & safe delivery of CP in tools & in the field within budget to assure our delivery KPI’s and operational acceptance by the Wyre Operations teams and indirectly our wholesale customers.
Your responsibilities:
1. Build Quality Standards & Controls: you define and uphold the quality requirements and processes needed to ensure all FTTH build activities result in a qualitative network asset.
2. Quality Checks & Acceptance Testing: you inspect, test and document reviews to verify that the constructed assets meet the required specifications before they are handed over to Operations.
3. Defect Identification & Resolution: you detect build-phase issues and ensure corrective actions are taken by build partners, so the asset is complete and defect-free at the point of handover.
4. Process & Contractor Improvement: you drive improvements in build methods and partner performance by defining and implementing process and tooling gap resolutions to increase qualitative deliveries.

5. Has a strong understanding of the FttH build processes and is able to translate them towards the specific user groups.
6. Has insight into concept of how to ensure quality in practice.
7. Is skilled in building and maintaining inter-team and partner relationships, directly or via suppliers & partners.
8. Has strong problem-solving skills to resolve quality issues proactively and efficiently, based on performance reports, users feedback and own knowledge
9. Effective communicator with ability to convey operational information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
10. Languages: You are fluent in Dutch and English.
