We’re now hiring a hands-on, performance-driven Head of Marketing to lead our team, take ownership of our paid and organic channels, and drive scalable, international growth from our HQ in Barcelona.


You’ll work closely with the CEO in a culture that combines strategic vision with hands-on execution. We value autonomy, clarity, and high performance — and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

🎯 What you'll be doing


* Lead and coordinate the marketing team, including two senior team members, creative and technical staff across different countries, and an external SEM/SEO agency.
* Oversee and challenge our SEM/SEO agency, validating strategy, copy, segmentation, bidding, and technical execution.
* Take ownership of paid media strategy and results across Google Ads, Meta, and more — working closely with our SEM agency to meet clear performance goals.
* Co-lead the SEO roadmap, contributing strategic oversight and supporting execution through internal or external resources.
* Work closely with the Commercial team to ensure alignment between marketing actions and sales objectives.
* Improve marketing-related internal processes in collaboration with the Operations team (workflows, timelines, deliverables).
* Measure, report and improve the business impact of every marketing initiative.
* Propose and implement new strategies to boost visibility, lead conversion, and brand positioning.
* Represent Ifevet in key events, industry congresses, and international partnerships.
* Travel abroad when needed to support new country launches and strengthen our presence in international markets.


✅ What we expect from you


* 8+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
* Deep expertise in performance marketing (SEM), especially Google Ads and paid social campaigns, with proven execution skills.
* Strong working knowledge of SEO (technical and content), with the ability to guide strategy and oversee execution.
* Proven experience leading teams and managing external agencies.
* A mindset focused on business outcomes (CPL, CAC, ROI, lead quality).
* Strong execution capacity — you’re comfortable diving into tools, dashboards, and tactical optimizations.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills in both English and Spanish.
* Availability to work on-site in Barcelona and integrate quickly with the local team.
* Willingness and availability to travel abroad regularly to attend events and support market expansion.
* A proactive, accountable and growth-driven attitude.
* ➕ Experience in online education or internationalized education companies in a marketing leadership role will be considered a strong plus.
