This goes from gathering requirements and conducting feasibility studies to offering functional specifications and participating in user acceptance testing.In your role, you will also be evaluating the needs and objectives of our customer and while offering guidance. Key responsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements, objectives, and processes.Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize business needs and objectives.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for IT systems and applications.Work closely with development teams to ensure that the technical solutions align with business needs.Assist in the development of test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing.Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues or defects, working closely with developers and support teams.Provide guidance and support to developers and project teams.Safeguard existing business and solution architecture and liaise with enterprise, system and/or solution architects.Pro-actively flag bottlenecks and propose potential solutions/alternativesPresent the designed end products (process analysis, functional test scenario's, documentation...) to the internal & external stakeholders.
