You'll assist Originators, Structurers, Traders, ResOps, and Back Office users, ensuring smooth operations and incident resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide user support: resolve requests, manage access rights, investigate incidents, and communicate updates.Monitor production systems, detect anomalies, and contribute to continuous improvement.Manage incidents/problems, coordinate with dev teams, and drive long‐term solutions.Ensure ITIL process observance and high service quality.RequirementsSolid background in application support or functional analysis (5+ years).Knowledge of energy/commodities markets;PPA lifecycle a plus.Technical skills: Python scripting, SQL (PostgreSQL), API usage, monitoring tools (OpenSearch, Splunk, Sentry).Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL processes.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. xjsrcvqMaster's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Finance.LanguagesEnglish: fluent (mandatory)French/Dutch: highly recommended
