As a strategic financial partner, you will play a key role in driving business growth and decision-making within our organization.
You will work closely with IT&D leadership to align the IT&D transformation strategy and translate it into a compelling business case.
To achieve this, you will lead and manage the design and execution of Pan-E IT&D financial processes, implementing and/or improving IT&D Business Management Office (BMO) processes including financial aspects.
You will also support IT&D leadership through the Strategic Portfolio Management process, facilitating cross-team coordination and prioritization.
Key Responsibilities

* Enable collaboration with all business units to achieve strategic profit management and set targets
You will be responsible for enabling the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) framework to drive value-based decision making based on financial transparency.
We are looking for a professional with a Master's degree in Business Management, Business Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in financial management and budget planning processes is essential, particularly in the automotive industry, IT controlling, and external financial audit.
The ideal candidate will have a curious mind, an analytical mindset, and the ability to understand a broad range of organizational challenges.
They must also be able to communicate and influence mid- and senior-level management and key stakeholders effectively.
A strong command of MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
