Mission du poste
We’re looking for a strong hands-on Project Manager to drive a large-scale software integration program within the pharmacy domain (350+ locations) and ensure successful end-to-end delivery in a high-impact transformation journey.
🎯 Your mission
You are the connecting glue between customers, software teams, infrastructure, and all key stakeholders.
You take ownership of:
- End-to-end project coordination (scope, budget, timeline, risks & issues)
- Acting as the face of the project toward business & technical stakeholders
- Operational follow-up & delivery tracking (KPIs, progress, escalations)
- Aligning business needs with software capabilities & constraints
- Supporting senior leadership (incl. C-level stakeholders) & preparing SteerCo meetings
- Driving execution in an Agile environment (sprint planning & follow-up)
🧠 What you bring
- Solid understanding of software development environments (you don’t code, but you speak the language)
- Experience managing Agile/Scrum teams & sprints
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
- Structured mindset with focus on delivery, cost & operational excellence
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-pressure program
🌍 Language & setup
- 🇳🇱 Fluent Dutch and 🇬🇧 English required
- 🇫🇷 French is a big plus
