Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Apple Technology Lead to provide deep technical expertise, architectural guidance, and implementation support for Apple‐based workplace solutions. This role acts as the primary technical authority for Apple technologies and ensures the successful delivery of projects across the region.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the technical expert for Apple devices and ecosystem (macOS, iOS, iPadOS, Apple Silicon).Design solution architectures for enterprise customers, covering deployment, security, identity, and lifecycle management.Lead workshops, technical assessments, and proof‐of‐concept implementations.Define and maintain technical standards, best practices, and compliance policies for Apple environments.Provide advanced troubleshooting and act as escalation point for complex technical issues.Integrate Apple Business Manager, MDM/EMM (Jamf, Kandji, Intune), and identity solutions (Azure AD/Entra ID).Work with sales and account teams to provide pre‐sales technical support and produce technical documentation.Evaluate new Apple technologies and drive innovation within customer solutions.Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal engineering teams to ensure high‐quality service delivery.
Required Skills & ExperienceDeep expertise in Apple management frameworks, deployment automation, and enterprise integration.Hands‐on experience with MDM/EMM platforms (Jamf Pro, Jamf Connect, Intune, Kandji).Strong understanding of identity, security, network fundamentals, and modern workplace architecture.Experience designing or operating Apple solutions at enterprise scale.Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.Strong communication in English, ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.Ability to work independently and lead technical streams of projects.
Nice to HaveJamf 200/300/400 certifications.Experience with scripting (bash, Python) or device automation.Experience with hybrid environments (Windows, cloud platforms, zero‐trust).
