Biologics Operations Manager
We are seeking an accomplished Biologics Operations Manager to lead our Downstream and Buffer Production activities within a state-of-the-art Biologics Pilot Plant. This role demands operational excellence, quality-driven leadership, and strong team management skills to deliver high-quality results while driving growth.
This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Quality, Validation, Engineering, Process Development, and external partners in a fast-paced international environment.
1. Create and execute production plans to ensure safe delivery of Drug Substance for clinical trials (Phases I–III).
