As a Management Assistant your responsibilities are:

* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently.
* Handle correspondence and ensure timely communication within the department.
* Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports as required.
* Organize travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
* Support team members with administrative tasks and project coordination.
* Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Assist in organizing events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place.


A successful Management Assistant should have:

* A relevant educational background in administration or a related field.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
* The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in the Business Services industry is a plus.
