Job description:
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the ISMS.
* Identify, assess, and report Information Security Risks; define and prioritize mitigation strategies.
* Assist in architecting Information Security at Daikin EMEA.
* Coordinate and contribute to security-related projects & roadmap, including policy development, awareness campaigns, and incident response processes and practices.
* Serve as the primary security liaison for specific business domains or sites, ensuring local compliance with global security policies.
* Support internal and external audits, and contribute to certification readiness (e.g., ISO27001).
* Actively participate in the development of security governance.
* Provide coaching and guidance to junior Information Security Specialists and other stakeholders on security best practices by following latest trends in Information Security.
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience (5+ years) in information security, preferably in a multinational or regulated environment.
* Strong knowledge of ISMS frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards (ISO27001, NIS2, GDPR).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments and geographies.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 Lead Implementer) are a plus.
