Finance Director (Brussels)

Responsibilities
Streamline European accounting processes and adopt best practices
Supervise European consolidation and ensure compliance with local GAAP and US GAAP
Prepare financial analyses, forecasts, and ad‑hoc reports
Manage treasury, cash flow, and foreign exchange hedging
Lead transfer‑pricing compliance and support tax filings
Conduct internal audits and analytical reviews for domestic and international subsidiaries
Support policy development for regulatory compliance and participate in strategic projects
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Finance
At least 15 years of experience in a similar senior finance role
Experience with multicurrency P&L, consolidations, and financial reporting
Strong technical accounting skills and understanding of GAAP & IFRS
Excellent communication, cross‑team collaboration, and ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Sage X3 is a plus
