Product & Portfolio Assistant

Your Mission:
As our new Product & Portfolio Assistant, you will join an international, creative, and dynamic Brands & Portfolio team,
becoming the main point of contact for administrative implementations of branded portfolio projects mainly at our Belgian production site.
What will you do:
* Product administration: Input data in various systems and support all administrative tasks related to ongoing projects.
* Artwork follow-up: Oversee the process from production brief to printed packaging.
* Portfolio management: Support portfolio harmonization initiatives, including delisting products and value engineering efforts.
* Project management: Lead smaller projects such as line extensions and the roll-out of products into additional markets.
* Point of contact: Manage assortment questions and provide portfolio overviews.
* Supporting tasks: Provide daily support to global portfolio & concept managers and the head of brands & portfolio.
What you'll bring:
Experience: At least 3 years' experience in a similar role (sales support, marketing assistant), preferably within FMCG.
Education: University or bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
Skills & Mindset:
* Team player with strong communication skills.
* Hands-on attitude and result-oriented approach.
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
* Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Fluency in English and an international mindset.
