Your role on the floor
You will join a close-knit team that produces high-quality interior components for the automotive industry. Every day, you work with modern production machines, monitor quality, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You perform checks, adjust where needed and help improve efficiency together with your colleagues.
Because the company is growing, you won’t only work on existing production lines. You will also support the start-up of new lines, making your job varied and future-oriented. No worries if you don’t have production experience yet. You receive a thorough onboarding and step-by-step training so you can feel confident in your role.

Language requirement – important
This role is open to English-speaking candidates who:
5. Have basic knowledge of Dutch (understanding simple instructions)
6. Are motivated to quickly improve their Dutch
7. Are willing to start a Dutch language training program, organised and paid for by the company

8. €18,1398/hour + 7% shift premium = €19,41/uur
