Portfolio Management Assistant
As a Portfolio Management Assistant, you will be the primary contact for customers on all their administrative matters, while working alongside portfolio managers.
* You will manage bank accounts and contribute to data integrity in our CRM.

* Key Responsibilities:
* You will be the client's main point of contact for all administrative matters, in collaboration with the portfolio/client managers;
* You ensure rigorous monitoring of customer files and KYC/AML procedures;
* You manage the opening and closing of bank accounts and stock market instructions in coordination with our external partners;
* You actively contribute to maintaining data quality in our CRM and participate in sending personalized communications;
* You will play a key role in organizing customer visits, preparing reports and ensuring the correct application of our investment policy;
* You will have the opportunity to take part in customer events and meetings, fully embodying the company's DNA and values.
Profile
* Native Dutch or French speaker with a good command of the other language, and at least an intermediate level of English;
* At least 5 to 15 years' experience in finance or accounting;
* Strong knowledge or interest in financial services and markets;
* Demonstrates proactivity and efficiency in accomplishing daily tasks while being able to juggle multiple responsibilities;
* Is at ease with digital systems, particularly those related to data management or stock market order placement;
* Ensures that data processing and verification are carried out with the utmost care;
* A customer-oriented approach is essential, being attentive and communicative both by telephone and in meetings;
* Demonstrates autonomy and excellent organizational skills to effectively manage responsibilities, setting clear priorities;
* Experience with MSFT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and CRM databases is highly desirable;
* A calm nature, resistance to stress, and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines are essential.
