Your mission
* Managing the store from a business perspective and leading the sales team to achieve the store’s revenue targets
* As a fashion expert and brand ambassador for Closed, you understand the needs of our customers and offer exceptional service and style advice
* Leading, training, and motivating the team, including onboarding new employees
* Planning staff schedules and vacation days
* Presenting the Closed collections in an appealing way on the sales floor
* Supporting the team in achieving the store’s sales goals
* Performing operational tasks such as cashiering, handling deliveries, stocktaking, and visual merchandising
Your profile
* You have several years of retail experience, preferably in the fashion industry
* You have a natural talent for leadership and motivating a team
* You work in a structured and organized manner
* You consistently acquire the necessary product knowledge and embody the Closed brand
