What you will do
1. Preparing and execute preventive maintenance activities for Tetra Pak equipment.
2. Problem solving and trouble shooting on cutting edge technologies.
3. Drive continuous improvement at the customer site.
4. Install and commission Tetra Pak equipment and relevant rebuilding/upgrade kits.
5. Communicate ongoing service activities and any issues affecting the customer or service quality to relevant Tetra Pak staff.
6. Act as a Tetra Pak ambassador at all times, ensuring strong working relationships with customers and colleagues and representing our values and reputation with integrity.
7. Establish and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers, including support and follow-up on concerns and issues.
8. Execute all work in compliance with Tetra Pak and customer safety regulations, including food safety standards.
We believe you have
9. A technical or engineering background, including mechanical experience and industrial electronics. Experience in automation is a plus.
10. Strong hands-on problem-solving skills, with an ability to prioritize and work methodically.
11. An attitude to represent Tetra Pak to our customers, such as:
A service-oriented attitude, always putting the customer first. Team spirit and high commitment, with the ability to act decisively when needed. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build a trusting relationship with customers.
