As a Senior Business Analyst at mc2i, you will act as the bridge between business needs and technological excellence within the banking sector. You will be responsible for overseeing complex financial ecosystems, specifically focusing on transaction management, card processing, and payment systems .
Your mission will be to transform business requirements into efficient, scalable, and high-performance processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Process Modeling & Optimization: Design and document complex end-to-end business processes using BPMN standards.
* Requirements Engineering: Lead workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for payment and card management systems.
* Transaction Lifecycle Management: Oversee the integrity and efficiency of transaction flows, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and security standards.
* Gap Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis to identify improvements in current "As-Is" processes and define "To-Be" target states.
* Coordination: Collaborate closely with IT development teams and QA to ensure that the delivered solutions align perfectly with business objectives.
Required Profile
* Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within the Banking or FinTech sector.
* Expertise: Solid track record in Payment Systems (SEPA, Swift, etc.), Card Management (Issuing/Acquiring), and Transaction Monitoring .
* Technical Skills: Advanced mastery of BPMN and process modeling tools (e.g., Signavio, Visio, ARIS). xphnsxz
* Languages: Fluency in French or with a professional command of either English and Dutch .
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills for stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
