We are looking for a talented Finance Manager to join a dynamic private equity fund. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across fund accounting, NAV processes, investor reporting, and deal operations. You will work closely with the CFO and contribute to the smooth running of fund operations.
What you will do:
* Support the calculation and review of the Net Asset Value (NAV) and valuations of portfolio companies
* Assist with capital calls, distributions, management fees, and carried interest calculations
* Contribute to financial reporting, including annual and interim statements, SPV consolidation, and audit coordination
* Help monitor cash flows, FX, and subscription lines or bridge facilities
* Provide operational and deal support, including financial modelling and covenant monitoring, depending on the fund's activity
What we are looking for:
* 2–3 years of experience in accounting, fund accounting, controlling or private equity finance
* Strong technical skills in Excel and a solid understanding of fund mechanics and NAV processes
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Excellent communication skills in English and French.
