Senior Relationship Manager - Transaction & Corporate Banking
About the Role
As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a diverse portfolio of high-value corporate clients. Your primary focus will be on cash management and trade finance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, financial institutions, and investment funds.
* Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring high-quality service and execution of client instructions.
* Evaluate and structure financing solutions tailored to client needs.
* Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
* Promote the bank's full suite of products including cash management, FX, trade finance, and lending solutions.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with departmental strategy.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Conduct regular meetings to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
* Drive cross-selling initiatives across the bank's business lines.
Requirements
* Proven experience in corporate or institutional relationship management.
* Strong knowledge of banking products and financial markets.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English; French or another European language is a plus.
* Strong understanding of compliance, legal, and tax frameworks.
