Mission Context
As a Senior Digital Customer Journey Analyst (Web and App Analyst & Reporting), your mission is to capture and understand the end-to-end customer journey across all digital touchpoints. The goal is to permanently improve customer experience and boost digital business performance.
You will collaborate with a team of digital experts (Product Owners, testers, developers, analysts, UX, Concept, etc.) and carry out the following responsibilities:
* Challenge business needs in terms of tagging requirements: set clear objectives, define KPIs, and supporting metrics.
* Define tagging strategy (technical specifications to be implemented by Front-End developers).
* Collaborate with developers by creating user stories with the right level of detail.
* Build reports and monitor KPIs & supporting metrics.
* Perform analyses as part of continuous improvement, based on quantitative analytics.
* Present insights through excellent storytelling with data for various audiences.
* Promote a data-driven mindset in the organization by providing insights, educating stakeholders, and facilitating data-driven decision-making.
* Ensure close follow-up of projects, including coordination with multiple squads, refinement sessions, and agile ceremonies.

Education
* Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in mathematics, statistics, business intelligence, economy, digital marketing, and/or marketing.
Required Experience & Knowledge
