Job Description
Partner with stakeholders across various business units to understand strategic objectives and convert them into clear, actionable technical requirements.
Gather, analyze, and document business needs, translating them into functional specifications for development and technical teams.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and user story refinement sessions to clarify requirements and align expectations.
Act as the bridge between business users and IT teams, ensuring proposed solutions address user needs and align with business goals.
Support user acceptance testing by assisting with test planning, reviewing test cases, and helping to resolve defects throughout the testing cycle.
Perform impact assessments, risk evaluations, and provide change management support for new releases or process changes.
The Successful Applicant
Demonstrate solid understanding of cloud technologies (especially Azure) and modern solution architecture principles.
Apply knowledge of relational and NoSQL database concepts to support system design and troubleshooting.
Work with API integrations, RESTful services, and event‑driven architectures to support system interoperability.
Utilize foundational programming knowledge to understand code logic and aid in issue diagnosis.
Conduct data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Power BI.
Produce clear technical documentation, including process maps, workflows, and system architecture diagrams.
