As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates for our clients in IT and engineering. You’ll work closely with the Brussels/Liège delivery team and account managers to ensure an excellent match between talent and client needs.
Responsibilities
* Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
* Conduct pre-screening calls to assess technical and interpersonal fit.
* Manage recruitment pipelines and update CRM systems.
* Present shortlisted profiles to account managers with clear justifications.
* Maintain regular contact with consultants before and after placement.
* Contribute to candidate community building and employer branding.
* Keep track of market trends and evolving technical skills.
Profile
* 1–3 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally IT or Engineering.
* Strong communication and sourcing skills.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented.
* Eager to learn about European consulting markets.
* Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
