We are seeking a delivery-focused Digital Tech lead/Scrum Master to manage the delivery of Generative AI use cases as part of the Digital Technology Solutions teams. This is a key role enabling GenAI ambitions, by driving the delivery of use cases and evolution roadmap of our GEN AI platform.
The main responsibility of the role is to lead the GEN AI platform team members to the successful delivery of identified use cases in collaboration with the stakeholders, ensuring they are implemented on time, quality and budget. (S)He will oversee, coordinate and prioritize project tasks, manage timelines, risks and maintain project plans and communicate status to stakeholders. (S)He will maximize the performance of the development team, composed of UX designers, business analysts, testers, software engineers and AI experts. Our Digital Technology works in a scrum-based approach, so the candidate has proven a pragmatic use of agile concepts in prior projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years related experience in Project Management, Agile methodology
- Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and consultative skills a must – ability to navigate in an international environment across various stakeholders
- Experienced in Azure DevOps and ability to take ownership, drive and manage the delivery in an efficient way of a backlog - Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization
- Experienced in managing the delivery of custom-built solutions (e.g. with .net, angular tech framework)
- Microsoft Suite and other PM tools experience must-have
- Passionate about good Agile practices and willing to share his/her experience
- Strong interest in (GEN)- AI technology
- Organized and analytical, able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
- Risk management skills: responsibility for detecting potential issues and implementing solutions when issues threaten to delay the timeline or impact budget or business operations
- Experience in GxP related environment and pharma is a plus
