Senior Executive Recruiter – Asset Management & Financial Services
We are looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter with deep expertise in Asset Management and Financial Services to lead our global executive hiring strategy. This role is highly strategic and hands‑on, ideal for a recruiter with strong knowledge of investment management structures, front‑office leadership roles, and the global financial talent landscape.
Responsibilities
* Act as a strategic talent advisor to senior leadership on executive hiring within asset management and investment functions.
* Lead full-cycle executive search processes for C-level, Managing Director, Partner, CIO, Portfolio Manager, and other senior investment roles.
* Develop and execute proactive talent mapping strategies across asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, sovereign funds, and institutional investors.
* Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and compensation benchmarking within global financial markets.
* Build and maintain relationships with high-caliber investment professionals and executive talent pipelines.
* Ensure absolute discretion and confidentiality in all executive searches.
* Advise stakeholders on market trends, compensation dynamics, and talent availability across regions.
* Provide data-driven insights to improve executive hiring strategy and decision-making.
Qualifications
* 8+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 4–5 years focused on executive search within asset management, investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, or institutional asset managers.
* Proven track record placing senior leaders in investment, portfolio management, risk, compliance, and capital markets roles.
* Deep expertise in market mapping, passive candidate engagement, and headhunting methodologies.
* Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leadership.
* High level of discretion, integrity, and professional judgment.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in an in-house executive recruiting or search firm environment.
* Experience recruiting in Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
