Hospitality Talents, a recruitment agency specialized in hospitality profiles, is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the team of our client, a renowned and fast growing hotel group operating multiple properties in Ghent.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of talent acquisition strategies and recruitment processes for several hotel properties, while working closely with local hotel leadership and an international HR team.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hotel positions across multiple properties in Belgium.
* Proactively source top talent using job boards, social media, headhunting, and networking strategies.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both operational and management roles.
* Coordinate with hotel GMs and department heads to understand staffing needs and priorities.
Onboarding & Employer Branding
* Design and implement effective onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
* Promote the companys employer brand and culture through recruitment caigns and creative outreach.
* Enhance candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
HR Projects & Support
* Contribute to soft HR initiatives such as talent development, internal mobility, and employee engagement.
* Collaborate with the HR team and property management on recruitment planning and forecasting.
* Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
Profile
* Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in the hospitality or Horeca sector.
* Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with a proactive mindset.
* Excellent communication and relationship building abilities.
* Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a strong plus).
* Knowledge of Belgian labor regulations is a plus.
* Hands on, people oriented, and highly organized.
