Mission: Marketing automation expert (Marketing Cloud)
Start date: 1/1/2026
Period: 6 - 12 months (with extension afterwards)

Experience required: 5 years of experience on Salesforce with multiple Salesforce certifications
Department and Business Unit: Digital Outbound Communication Squad Enabling Tribe
Site of the mission: Brussels North/Homeworking
Working language: EN / NL / FR
Responsibilities
* Evaluate & challenge marketing campaign & journey requests
* Analyse, design & deliver:
o Target audience selections
o Communication frameworks
o Customer journeys
o Omnichannel interactions
o Sales Cloud set-up and tasks automation
* Assist & guide segment squads to perform quick experiments to increase conversions
Required skills / experience
* At least 5 years of practical experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
* SQL & AMPscript
* Google Analytics & Advertising Studio
* Automation Studio
* Experience in customer journey design (5 years)
* Having a business mindset is highly valuable (not purely IT profiles)
* Experience in an agile working environment is a plus
* Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalisation is a plus
* Sales Cloud set-up and task automation (5 years)
