Role Description
We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Business Growth Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through proactive outreach, generating new leads, and creating demand across the European market.
You will connect with companies, understand their needs, and present innovative solutions to digitize their operations. Part of your responsibilities will include daily interactions with key decision-makers in order to build your network, qualify leads, pitch products, and solve problems.

Responsibilities
* Lead generation: research and identify potential customers through various channels, such as online research, social media, industry events, and utilize prospecting tools and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
* Lead the entire sales cycle: conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to engage with potential customers, qualify their business needs & processes, provide potential customers with a tailored demonstration of Odoo, and handle the closing of deals.
* Develop relationships and build trust with clients.
* Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to build your professional network.
* Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements
* A strong background in sales and business development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly.
* Familiarity with IT software and systems.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Fluency in French or Dutch and English.
