Job description
Based at Aliaxis’ Brussels headquarters and reporting directly to the Group CIO, theVP Global Business Solutionsleads the strategy and evolution ofAliaxis’global platforms across ERP, Finance,HRand Tech Innovation.The role drives digital transformation and ensures IT operational excellence across all regions, with regular international travel.
Key Responsibilitiesare:
4. Strategic & Technology Leadership:Define and steer the global strategy for ERP, Finance,HRand Tech Innovation platforms.Lead the delivery of IT applications and the Group’s AI strategy.Establish and oversee theEAfunction.Partner with Finance, HR&Legal leaders to shapetheirroadmaps, as well as looking for synergies between regions in their Sales, Marketing, Logistics & Manufacturing roadmaps
5. Operational Excellence:Define the operating model forGBS.OptimiseIT budgets tomaximisevalue and efficiency.Ensurehigh standardsof IT service delivery andoperational performance across regions.
6. People Leadership:Lead a diverse ITorganisation(+/-10 direct and 10 indirect reports across multiple countries).
7. Cybersecurity & Risk:Work with cybersecurity teams to ensure governanceandriskmanagementpractices across all applications and platforms.
Requirements
8. Senior technology leader with deepEnterprise ITexpertiseandexperienceofdelivering largescale digital&IT transformation(ideally includingERP (SAP S/4HANA),Workdayand cloud initiatives).
9. 15+ years of progressive IT leadership,preferablyin global/regional roles(experience in manufacturing,or related industriesisappreciated).
10. Ability to engage senior business stakeholders and collaborateina complex, global matrix across Group and Regional IT teams.
11. Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, compliance, andenterprisewiderisk management.
12. Skilled in IT operating model design, transformation leadership, and driving innovation and continuous improvement.
13. Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, BusinessAdministrationor related field.
14. ExcellentEnglish communication skills and abilitytooperateinmulticultural environments, supported by strong analyticaland strategic thinking.
