Job Summary
You will work directly with client on continuous improvement projects involving our solutions, strategic activities covering safety procedures, and, but not limited to, ensure client users have clear understanding of our solutions through coaching/mentorship.
What You Will Do
* Drive customer recognition of the value of product feature design, improved processes, and change management.
* Increasing product-positioning knowledge for Caterpillar and providing feedback on product features/benefits.
* Identifying and documenting job/application profiles based on field observation while working with customers.
* Improving the industry’s perception of Caterpillar and participating in related mining associations.

Basic Qualifications
* Bacheloor’s Degree.
* Pre Advanced English.
Top Candidates Will Have
* Advanced/Fluent English.
* Previous experience or familiarity with mining operations, including field routines, operational safety, and interaction with production and maintenance teams.
* Experience with fleet management and monitoring platforms, focusing on productivity optimization, real‑time tracking, and performance analysis of mobile equipment.
* Hands‑on knowledge of dispatch and mine management systems, such as: Modular Dispatch: for dynamic equipment allocation and production control. MineStar: for integration of operational data, safety, and planning. Similar solutions: such as Wenco, Jigsaw, Hexagon, or other market systems with equivalent functionalities.
This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week.
