To support this transformation, we are looking for a strong People & HR Leader who will help shape the future of our organization through people, culture and leadership.

ARE YOU OUR NEW HR LEAD?

Testachats/Testaankoop is at the heart of a period of deep transformation: business, cultural and digital. This evolution is taking place both locally and at Euroconsumers group level, where stronger alignment, shared platforms and cross-border collaboration are shaping the organization's direction.

To succeed, we need more than strong strategy and solid execution. We need leadership that translates ambition into clarity, alignment and daily impact across the organization.

That is why we are looking for a People &HR Lead who will sit at board level and act as a true sparring partner to the Country Manager and the leadership team. This position goes far beyond managing HR operations. It is about bringing vision, structure, and human leadership to the table, while staying close enough to the organization to make things happen.

You will lead, develop and inspire the HR team, strengthen collaboration, rebuild bridges where needed, and ensure alignment between local priorities and Euroconsumers group initiatives.

Strong emotional intelligence and political maturity are key in this context, along with the ability to connect people, ideas and ambitions. Courage to drive change and the pragmatism to implement it, step by step, will make the difference.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Define and drive the future HR ambition

* Define a clear HR vision aligned with Testachats/Testaankoop's strategic transformation towards a more value-driven and futureproof model.
* Build a structured 3-year HR roadmap and translate it into concrete priorities, actions and measurable impact.
* Position HR as a true driving force in the company's transformation, ensuring strong ownership and adoption of people initiatives across the organization and key stakeholders, from vision to execution.

Lead the HR department with perspective, structure and pragmatism

* Inspire, manage and coach your direct HR team (+/- 10 members), ensuring clear roles, priorities and development opportunities.
* Foster strong collaboration within the department, ensuring open communication, shared ownership and a healthy team dynamic that supports performance and engagement.
* Oversee the smooth running of the HR department at both strategic and operational levels.
* Bring structure, discipline and planning to HR priorities and projects, while keeping the organization human and people-oriented.
* Ensure robust and compliant hard HR foundations, including compensation & benefits oversight, workforce planning, performance cycles and policy governance.
* Strengthen talent acquisition strategy and employer positioning in a competitive market.
* Drive employee engagement initiatives supported by data and translate insights into actionable priorities.

Act as a board-level sparring partner and transformation enabler

* Partner closely with the Country Manager, anticipating complex people challenges and bringing clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
* Be an active member of the local leadership team, contributing to broader business decisions through a people and culture lens.
* Support leaders in strengthening their leadership style, their decision-making and their ability to bring teams through changes.

Lead key transformation projects with impact and care

* Oversee and steer transformation projects, ensuring a strong balance between people, business, operations and legal.
* Strengthen and continuously evolve the HR operating model to support agility, collaboration and long-term performance.

Strengthen collaboration and build bridges at local and international level

* Report to the local Country Manager of Testachats/Testaankoop and the Global HR Lead of Euroconsumers.
* Build strong bridges between HR and other departments, keeping HR closely connected to operational realities and enabling teams with pragmatic, people-driven solutions.
* Create an environment where stakeholders feel heard and involved, by fostering open dialogue, transparency, and alignment across different levels of the organization.
* Develop and maintain constructive relationships with unions and employee representatives, handling social dialogue with maturity, consistency, respect and a long-term partnership mindset.
* Approach sensitive people topics with clarity and professionalism, balancing legal frameworks, business needs and human impact.
* Act as a key connector between Testachats/Testaankoop and Euroconsumers, ensuring collaboration and alignment, and translating group initiatives into effective local implementation with sustainable integration into day-to-day practices.
* Represent HR with strong stakeholder management skills, building trust and alignment through clear communication, consistency and visible leadership, both internally and externally.

* You operate comfortably at board level, contributing actively to leadership decisions and long-term direction.

You are structured, hands-on and impact-driven

* You know how to prioritize and focus on what matters most.
* You embrace operational reality and like to build by staying close to the organization.

Experience & languages

* You bring at least 10 years of experience in HR, including a senior leadership role, ideally within a transformation context.
* Exposure to complex organizational environments, such as group or matrix structures, is a strong asset.
* Experience with unions, employee representatives or social partners is also a plus, reflecting your ability to foster constructive dialogue, even in challenging situations.
* You are trilingual in French, Dutch and English, written and spoken.
* You are looking to join as an employee (not as a freelancer or independent consultant), and are motivated by building impact from within an organization over the long term.
