Report towards direction committee of Securex Group.Represent Securex Group externally as a passionate networker and ambassador of our vision and values.Collaborate closely with the diverse internal stakeholders (marketing, socials secretary, externe prevention services, consulting and insurance) to shape solutions and go-to-market tailored to your customer segment.Who You AreA seasoned B2B commercial leader with 10+ years of experience in HR services, HR consulting or B2B professional services.Proficient in establishing relationships and conversing with senior C-executives.Result-oriented leader with a strong proven track record in closing deals and realizing growth via strategic sales, business development, and client relationship management. Lead by example.A passionate networker with a strong customer focus.Data-savvy, experienced in leveraging data to boost productivity and optimise sales steering of the team. Advocate for systematic and disciplined sales processes.
