We are currently looking for a Business Controller for one of our clients, active in the aerospace industry and located in Hainaut.

As Business Controller, the role offers a mix of operational and financial responsibilities, working closely with the finance team and the business. You will join a small, dynamic finance team led by the Head of Controlling, who is approachable, transparent and focused on finding solutions.
* Support project and cost controlling, including monitoring profitability and margins
* Contribute to financial and business reporting, budgeting and monthly performance follow-up
* Collaborate with stakeholders and management to analyze results and provide insights
* Assist in investment analysis and advise on operational or financial decisions
* Drive improvements in processes and support business performance optimization
* Master's degree in Finance, Economics or Business Management
* At least 7 years of experience in Business Controlling
* French-speaker and fluent in English
* You are flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
* You are proactive and quick to respond to challenges
* You are resourceful and able to find solutions independently
