About Our Client

Job Description

* Support monthly HR reporting by gathering data, preparing templates, and checking accuracy.
* Assist with headcount planning, labor cost overviews, and budgeting cycles.
* Prepare and update HR dashboards and documentation.
* Coordinate with Payroll and HR teams to collect information and clarify discrepancies.
* Help Finance with basic tasks such as data checks, file preparation, and cost updates.
* Maintain structured personnel data across teams and systems.
* Support audits and provide needed documents and explanations.
* Contribute to improving HR administration, reporting tools, and internal processes.
* Act as a helpful point of contact for colleagues regarding HR‑related data and reporting questions.

The Successful Applicant

* Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, Finance, Business, or equivalent through experience
* Ideally 1-3 years of experience in HR support, administration, reporting, or a similar role.
* Experience with HR data, payroll coordination, or finance support is a plus.
* Strong skills in Excel and comfortable with digital tools.
* Experience with SAP, HRIS systems, or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage.
* Basic understanding of HR or payroll processes is helpful.
* Fluent in English (required).
* Any other European language is an asset.
* Highly organized and accurate.
* Service‑minded and supportive toward colleagues.
* Good communicator who enjoys working with different teams.
* Proactive, reliable, and hands‑on.
