Care Agent (M/W/X)
What do your daily tasks look like?
You ensure correct, complete, and timely catering for the customer, in accordance with the agreed conditions. You act as the point of contact and provide proper customer service:
* You check the composition of catering loads for different flights (correct, complete, quality, etc.).
* You coordinate all operations for special (V.I.P.) flights, from order to delivery.
* You handle administrative processing and verify data.
* You ensure proper customer service and answer customer questions.
* You act as the point of contact and inform cabin crew about the cargo. You resolve and/or discuss issues internally.
* You work closely with our drivers to ensure correct deliveries.
* You are always attentive to safety and compliance with HACCP regulations.
We are looking for someone who gets excited when the customer is satisfied. Someone who goes the extra mile to ensure that requests are delivered as expected. Is there a problem? A problem is only a problem if there is no solution!
Who are we looking for?
* You have at least a higher secondary education diploma.
* You have a strong sense of responsibility, are customer-oriented, and can work independently.
* You have strong communication skills and can manage in three languages: Dutch / French / English.
* You are flexible and willing to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
* You have creative problem-solving skills and are able to set priorities.
* You can work with a PC (basic Microsoft Office); specific software will be taught internally.
* You hold a category B driving license and have a clean criminal record.
* You can work under pressure as the final link in the logistics chain.

A quoi ressemblent vos tâches quotidiennes ?
Assurer une restauration correcte, complète et opportune au client, conformément aux conditions convenues avec ce dernier. Agir en tant que personne de contact et assurer un service correct au client :
Vous vérifiez la composition des charges des différents vols (correcte, complète, qualitative, ...)
* Vous coordonnez l'ensemble des opérations pour les vols spéciaux (V.I.P.), de la commande à la livraison.
* Vous vous occupez du traitement administratif et vérifiez les données
* Vous assurez un service correct aux clients et répondez à leurs questions
* Vous agissez en tant que personne de contact et informez le personnel de cabine sur la cargaison. Vous résolvez et/ou discutez des problèmes en interne
* Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec nos chauffeurs pour assurer des livraisons correctes.
* Vous êtes toujours attentif à la sécurité et au respect des règles HACCP.
Nous recherchons une personne qui s'enthousiasme lorsque le client est satisfait. Quelqu'un qui met tout en œuvre pour que ce qui est demandé soit livré. Y a-t-il un problème ? Un problème n'est un problème que s'il n'y a pas de solution !
Qui cherchons-nous ?
* Vous avez au moins un diplôme de l'enseignement secondaire supérieur
* Vous avez un grand sens des responsabilités, vous êtes orienté vers le client et vous êtes indépendant.
* Vous avez de solides compétences en communication, vous savez vous débrouiller dans les 3 langues NL/FR/ENG.
* Vous êtes flexible et disposé à travailler les week-ends et les jours fériés ainsi qu'en équipe.
* Vous avez des compétences créatives en matière de résolution de problèmes et êtes capable de fixer des priorités.
* Vous pouvez travailler avec un PC (pack Office de base), les logiciels spécifiques vous seront enseignés en interne.
* Vous avez un permis de conduire B et un casier judiciaire vierge.
* Vous pouvez travailler sous pression en tant que dernier maillon de la chaîne logistique.

Hoe zien jouw dagdagelijkse taken eruit?
Het verzekeren van de correcte, volledige en tijdige catering naar de klant toe volgens de met de klant afgesproken condities. Optreden als contactpersoon en zorgen voor een correcte dienstverlening naar de klant toe:
* Je controleert de samenstelling van de ladingen van verschillende vluchten (correct, volledig, kwalitatief, …)
* Je coördineert de ganse operatie bij speciale vluchten (V.I.P.), van bestelling tot aflevering
* Je verzorgt de administratieve afhandeling en controleert de gegevens
* Je waakt over een correcte bediening van de klant en lost hun vragen op
* Je treedt op als contactpersoon en je informeert het cabinepersoneel over de lading. Eventuele problemen los je op en/of bespreek je intern
* Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met onze chauffeurs om een correcte belevering te verzekeren
* Je let hierbij steeds op de veiligheid en de naleving van HACCP-regels
We zoeken iemand die energie krijgt als de klant tevreden is. Iemand die alles in het werkt stelt om te verzekeren dat wat gevraagd is ook geleverd wordt. Is er een probleem? Een probleem is pas een probleem als er geen oplossing is!
Wie zoeken we?
* Je beschikt minimum over een diploma hoger middelbaar
* Je hebt veel verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en je bent klantgericht en zelfstandig
* Je bent communicatief sterk, je weet je te behelpen in de 3 talen NL/FR/ENG
* Je bent flexibel en bereidt om gedurende een aantal weekends en op een aantal feestdagen te werken evenals in shiften
* Je hebt een creatief oplossingsvermogen en bent in staat om prioriteiten te stellen
* Je kan met een pc werken (basis Office-pakket), specifieke software wordt intern aangeleerd
* Je beschikt over rijbewijs B en een blanco strafblad
* Je kan onder de druk als laatste schakel van de logistieke keten werken
