Functieomschrijving
* Define and implement the Fleet & Transport procurement strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
* Manage cross-functional sourcing projects (vehicles, energy, insurance, transport, etc.).
* Apply Strategic Sourcing principles and focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) optimization.
* Draft, negotiate, and manage public tenders in full regulatory compliance.
* Advise internal stakeholders, assess needs, and coordinate procurement planning.
* Maintain supplier relationships, implement performance improvement plans, and identify new sourcing opportunities.
Profiel
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in public procurement or strategic sourcing.
* Proven expertise in end-to-end public tender management.
* Solid knowledge of the Fleet domain (electrification, leasing, innovations, etc.).
* Strong command of Strategic Sourcing, TCO analysis, and stakeholder management.
* Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle) and reporting tools (Business Objects).
* Trilingual: Dutch, French, and English.
* Flexible, analytical, and results-driven.
