* The Test Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and testing processes within an organization to ensure software and applications meet the highest standards.
* The role involves managing test strategies, creating detailed test plans, leading a team of testers, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products. Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and testing frameworks.
* Lead and manage a team of QA engineers and testers.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and product managers, to ensure testing aligns with the project requirements.
* Suggest and implement improvements in testing methodologies, processes, and tools. Technical Skills:
