Your role in our team
You will join a scrum team, in the position of analyst, for one of our customers in the public sector and you will have the following responsibilities:
•Conduct detailed analysis and document it in user stories;
•Create clarity and structure in complex situations
•Collaborate with the whole scrum team towards the sprint goal
•Provide input to the design team
•Write structured user stories and acceptance criteria
•Provide valuable feedback to the development team to improve the design and functionality
•Write/plan test scenarios to ensure that the implemented solutions meet the requirements and coordinate the execution of test cases
•Create and maintain structured documentation
•Understand and anticipate challenging business needs
•Help the team to find more efficient and sustainable ways of working
•Foster collaboration inside and outside the team
•Act as helpdesk for the application developed

Required Technical Skills :
•Proficiency in business/functional analysis (8+ years)
•Experience with BPMs: know how to “read” them and also draft them;
•Experience with data analysis (database SQL queries)
•Competence in drafting test scenarios, test cases and compiling testing reports;
•Experience with Jira, Confluence and FigJam
•Kibana basic knowledge
•Experience with UX prototypes
•Experience with Agile and ITIL methodologies;
Soft Skills:
•Good communicator, both orally and in written;
•Able to work independently but also as part of a team;
•Able to jump on already developed work and also to properly hand over work mid-way;
•Problem-solving skills, with initiative to propose solutions;
•Capacity to translate information to various roles, from business to technical, finding the right approach and vocabulary;
•Creativity to present solutions (design and content)
•Committed to continuously keep involved in all aspects of the development life cycle and help to improve the process
Language skills:
Proficient in French and/or Dutch
Fluent in English
Only 2 days per week on site in Brussels are required
