To strengthen their Belgian team, we are seeking a commercially driven Account Manager who thrives at the intersection of science and business.
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts across Belgium.
Your mission is to build long-term relationships with laboratories, research institutions, and pharma/biotech companies, while driving sales growth in a highly competitive market.
* Manage and expand a portfolio of accounts in the life-science and diagnostics segment.
* Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions for clients.
* Act as the first point of contact for scientific and commercial discussions with customers.
* Collaborate with application specialists, marketing, and customer support to ensure customer success.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth strategy in the region.
The Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field.
* Proven sales or account management experience within diagnostics, life-science tools, or research solutions.
* Strong understanding of the Belgian laboratory landscape (academic, biotech, pharma, diagnostics).
* Strong relationship-building skills.
* Fluent in French, English or Dutch.
* Based in Belgium, willing to travel regularly to clients.
