Customer Success Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to work closely with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all customer data from onboarding to monthly billing, including account creation, data control, and customer reporting.
* Use CRM and other tools to manage customer data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Coordinate monthly customer invoicing process, communicating between finance, sales, and back-office teams.
* Support TaaS team with ad-hoc customer data analytics and requests, including operational support and CRM administration.
The ideal candidate will have:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficient business analysis and presentation of data.
* Familiarity with sales, back-office support, and operations processes.
* Understanding of data systems in the EU (mileage business) preferred.
* Past experience working with fleets or automotive customers.
* Multilingual, with proficiency in French and English speaking/writing skills.
