Why This Role ExistsOur CEO currently runs most of the marketing function: ad creative direction, video scripts, campaign strategy, messaging frameworks, and coordination across designers and editors. That needs to change.The Role in Plain EnglishWe need one person who can do two things at an elite level:Creative strategy and copywriting. You write hooks, video scripts, ad copy, email sequences, and landing page messaging that convert. You give sharp creative direction to our graphics team and video editor. The CEO films video content; you write the scripts that make it perform. You have strong instincts about what will work and why.Paid media campaign architecture and optimization. You build and manage campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube. You understand audience segmentation, funnel-based ad sequencing (cold/warm/hot), platform-specific best practices, and how to scale winners while cutting losers. You live in the data.These aren’t two separate jobs. They’re one integrated discipline. The best performance marketers are creative strategists, because the data tells them which hooks, angles, and formats win. If that describes you, keep reading.What You’ll Do (Day 1–90)Write ad copy, video scripts, hooks, and CTAs across all paid channelsWrite scripts for the CEO’s video content (he films, you make it perform)Build and optimize campaign structures on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTubeDirect our graphics team and video editor with clear, specific creative briefsDesign funnel-based ad sequences: awareness content for cold audiences, proof and credibility for warm, direct CTA for hotLaunch campaigns for new features, promotions, webinars, and product updatesWrite and refine email announcements and landing page messagingAnalyze ad performance weekly and turn insights into new creative angles and campaign testsWhat You’ll Own Over TimeBuild and optimize the full lifecycle funnel: drip sequences, segmentation, CRM automations, nurture frameworksDesign multi-step campaigns and evergreen webinar funnelsDevelop content strategy for the CEO’s personal brand across Facebook, LinkedIn, and InstagramBuild monthly reporting that clearly shows what’s working, what’s not, CAC, and ROICreate a library of proven hooks, angles, scripts, and creative templatesDefine the marketing roadmap quarter by quarterRun the entire marketing function with full ownershipWhat We’re Looking ForHands-on paid media experience on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube. You have personally built campaigns, set up audiences, managed budgets, and optimized in-platform. Not reviewed reports someone else made.Elite copywriting skills. You can write a Facebook ad hook that stops the scroll, a YouTube script that holds attention, and an email subject line that gets opened. Show us the work.Creative direction ability. You can brief a designer or editor with enough specificity that the output matches your vision without three rounds of revisions.Funnel-based campaign thinking. You understand how to sequence ads by audience temperature and can describe your approach to cold/warm/hot without being prompted.SaaS experience. You understand MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, and the metrics that matter for a subscription business.Analytical rigor. You know how to read platform data, run meaningful A/B tests, and turn performance data into creative and strategic decisions.Experience in real estate technology or proptechBackground building CEO or founder personal brands on socialLifecycle marketing and automation experience (drip campaigns, segmentation, CRM workflows)Experience scaling a marketing function from scrappy to systematicVideo-first creative experience (scripting, hook testing, format iteration)The Team You’ll Work WithYou’ll work with a video editor, graphics designer, and content marketing support. There is no middle management layer between you and the CEO. You own the marketing function and will shape the team as it grows.You report directly to the CEO.How We Hire for This RoleWe care about proof, not credentials.Step 1: Application (15–25 minutes)Fill out our application form. We ask real questions and expect specific answers. Your portfolio and written responses are the first filter.Step 2: Video walkthroughIf we like your application, we’ll ask for a short video (5 minutes max) walking us through your two best-performing campaigns with real numbers. No slides needed. Just talk us through the thinking: what you built, why, and what happened.Step 3: Interview + paid test projectA short interview with the CEO, followed by a paid test project ($500). We’ll give you real AgentFire materials: a raw video, a landing page, existing ad creatives, and their performance data. You’ll write a new video script, create ad copy variations, brief the design team on a static creative, and outline how you’d structure the campaign. This is how we see what working together actually looks like.Compensation and DetailsTotal salary compensation: $110,000–$145,000 USD per year ($85,000–$115,000 USD base + performance bonus)Performance bonus tied to three things: demos generated, cost per demo, and ROAS. Current benchmarks leave a lot of room for improvement, which means big early wins for the right person.Q1 OTE paid in full as part of ramp period, Q2 OTE performance bonus targets will be set once data exists.
