Our CRM team manages Customer Relationship projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, focusing on Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. The Power Platform is an integral part of our expertise. Our team is cohesive and supportive, led by a dynamic and motivated manager. The team is cross-functional, comprising functional, technical, delivery-oriented, and pre-sales profiles.
Proficiency in communication in English, French, or Dutch is required. Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning are essential to stay at the forefront of technological advancements and CRM best practices. Team spirit, knowledge sharing, mutual assistance, and kindness are core values. Ability to work on large-scale projects for diverse clients is important. Candidates should hold or be pursuing MB200, MB210, or MB220 certifications. Expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service functional areas is preferred. Proficiency in key functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement is necessary. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in an international environment are required. Place quality and client needs at the center of your work. A proactive approach to learning and knowledge sharing is valued. Ability to work effectively in an international team environment is essential. A passion for CRM and the Microsoft ecosystem is important. Responsibilities include defining test plans, scenarios, and test cases; drafting functional documentation; providing user training; conducting workshops to gather and analyze client requirements; ensuring alignment between client needs and CRM solutions; and applying project methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, or V-Model.
