Product Quality Specialist Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Quality Specialist to join our Supply Chain team.
About the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product quality, analyzing and determining blending plans. This includes maintaining the product database and participating in terminal and laboratory audits.
In addition, this role requires supporting the QA Manager in investigating product quality complaints, product non-compliance, and client audit planning. The Product Quality Specialist will also support the supply chain with recipe calculations for inline blends.
This position involves ensuring the sample forwarding process is efficient, managing storage of incoming samples, coordinating testing by contract labs, and tracking results for communication to interested parties.
The Product Quality Specialist must provide timely responses to customer-specific technical questions for sales teams while assisting customer service in maintaining accurate SAP data on shipping instructions.
