Technical Solutions Consultant
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and managing strong relationships with project engineers, R&D teams, and purchasing departments to translate customer needs into technical solutions in collaboration with the internal engineering department.
You will handle a portfolio of around 30-40 key accounts and ensure long-term partnerships. Approximately 30% of your time will be dedicated to developing new business and identifying market opportunities through regular client visits across the BeLux region, trade fairs, client meetings, and occasional international events.
To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering, good understanding of mechanical physics, and basic knowledge of electrical concepts and industrial control systems. Proven experience in technical sales, preferably with mechanical or automation components, is essential. Strong interpersonal and consultative skills are also required, along with fluency in Dutch and English and familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.
