We are supporting a growing engineering partner delivering multiple
electrical infrastructure and utility projects, including
new substation installations and industrial power systems. Due to increasing project demand expected in Q1–Q2, they are looking to onboard a
Mid-level Electrical Engineer
who can work independently and support multiple projects in parallel. This is a hands-on engineering role offering long-term continuity across several projects.
Project Scope You will support several electrical infrastructure projects including: New
substation installations (A–Z electrical scope) Electrical installations for utilities:
MCCs, UPS systems, transformers, pumps Electrical studies, cable calculations and detailed engineering deliverables Feasibility studies and detailed design following project awards
Key Responsibilities Perform
basic studies and detailed electrical engineering
for utility and substation projects Execute and/or support
cable calculations and system sizing Deliver engineering documentation and technical calculations Support projects from concept through implementation Coordinate internally with HV specialists when required Manage multiple engineering tasks independently
Required Experience Electrical Engineering background within
utilities / infrastructure / industrial power Experience with
MCCs, UPS, transformers, pumps Cable calculations experience (preferred but can be learned) Experience in
basic engineering and detailed engineering Familiarity with
Caneco or similar calculation software Substation exposure preferred (HV knowledge not required) Able to work independently and take ownership of deliverables Dutch speaking – mandatory
