They ensure that medication is delivered safely, efficiently, and with the utmost precision. To strengthen their existing sales force and support the growth of this product group, we are looking for a: Business Development Manager (M/F/X) You will take the lead in developing this niche market. As a Business Development and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding and maintaining an international client portfolio. Initially, your focus will be on identifying market opportunities and translating them into long-term customer relationships. You are willing to travel regularly (approximately 30% of your time), allowing you to stay closely connected to your clients. You will engage in discussions with healthcare executives, pharmacists, and technical teams. Your key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing a sales growth strategy. Identifying market opportunities and customer segments. Maintaining relationships with suppliers and software developers. Managing the full sales process: from lead generation to after-sales service. Collaborating closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and technical departments. Representing the company at trade fairs, attending networking events, and delivering presentations to stakeholders in the healthcare sector. You hold an engineering degree in electromechanics, automation, or robotics. You are stress-resistant and results-oriented. You have solid IT-knowledge and an affinity with medical equipment and/or pharmaceutical distribution systems. You are commercially driven and highly customer-focused. Languages: fluent in English and French; knowledge of Dutch is an asset. Willingness to travel (Australia, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe).
