As Project Manager you are expected to:Plan, organize, control, co-ordinate, lead and motivate to achieve optimal balance between cost, time, benefit and risk in marine geophysical projectsCompose and direct the on- and offshore project teamLiaise with the client and the project team on a regular basisInvestigate alternative working methods to improve existing methodsDraw up a budget plan in cooperation with the commercial departmentControl the project budget on a weekly basis and report to the accounting department and the PMO managerReport on the progress of the project to the PMO managerApprove subcontractors and suppliersIdentify and organize any additional work under the agreed contractPrepare invoices, control debtors and act if necessaryTake a leadership role in all QHSE matters to ensure the project is managed in a safe and efficient mannerLiaise closely with the QHSE department and ensure the QHSE guidelines are followed You obtained a master degree in a survey related disciplineYou have 3 years of experience in survey project managementYou have experience with people and project managementYou possess technical knowledge regarding hydrographical and geophysical equipmentExperience with QHSE knowledge is a plusExperience in the marine environment is a plus
