In this position as Management Assistant you will be responsible for:
* Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment
* Act as the first point of contact for internal staff and external visitors
* Coordinate facility management, including liaising with building services, cleaners, and suppliers
* Order and manage office supplies and equipment inventory
* Support onboarding and offboarding of staff (workspace setup, access badges, IT coordination)
* Organize internal meetings and firm events, including logistics and catering
* Maintain health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with office policies
* Support senior management with ad hoc administrative tasks
* Liaise with IT, HR, and Finance departments as needed
The candidate we are looking for:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in office coordination, administration, or a similar role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a hands-on attitude
* Fluency in English and at least French or Dutch
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
* Familiarity with legal office environments is a strong asset
