THE ROLE:
We are looking for a HEAD OF TECHNOLOGY AND DIGITALIZATION to lead our entire technology landscape. This is a pivotal, high-impact role that demands both a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach.
You'll be key in defining our digital future, it isn't just about managing technology; it's about redefining our digital future and directly impacting our growth, our customer experience and our operational efficiency.
This role, while initially without direct reports, offers significant influence, relying on your expertise to guide vendors and collaborate across all departments.
What you will be doing:
* Leading our comprehensive digital transformation journey, defining and executing technology strategies that directly impact business growth, customer experience and operational excellence.
* Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the implemented solutions, establishing KPIs and regular reporting.
* Leading the execution of technology projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Taking full ownership of Salesforce stabilization, optimizing its performance and strategically evolving our CRM capabilities to maximize business value.
* Driving the digital maturity across all departments, identifying opportunities and implementing solutions that streamline processes and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
* Proactively managing and optimizing all vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effectiveness, performance, and strategic alignment with our technology roadmap.
* Managing our digital security to safeguard our operations and data integrity.
* Ensuring full IT compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
What we are looking for:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or Computer Science.
* A minimum of 5 years progressive leadership experience in a similar strategic technology role.
* Deep proficiency and hands-on experience with core enterprise systems, including CRM (ideally Salesforce optimization and evolution), ERP, Project Management Software, Cloud Services, Databases, and Data Analytics tools.
* Proven expertise in end-to-end Project Management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex technology initiatives.
* A highly strategic, analytical, and critical mindset, capable of translating business needs into effective technology solutions.
* Exceptional problem solving & decision making capabilities.
* Collaboration and influencing skills, comfortable working cross-functionally
* Fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
